Mandovi Bridge Project

It is one of the best extra dosed bridge in India over Mandovi river (Panjim, Goa) Precast segments are lifted by using bridge builders (lifting frames) and Launching Girders (LG).

Launching Girders
• Load test on these girders are done using additional loads.
• Erection of precast segment.
• Scope includes 200 m length with maximum span length 37 m.
• Our scope included fabrication, assembly, erection and launching of girders ( WT. of LG is 750 MT).

Lifting Frames
• Load test on these Frames are done using additional loads.
• Erection of precast segment.
• Our scope includes 800 m and maximum span length is 152m.
• Erection is done at 35 m from sea level.
• Our scope includes fabrication, assembly, erection and launching of Lifting frames.
