Riyadh Metro Package

Line 3 is the longest line in Riyadh Metro project with 7 Balanced Cantilever bridges including three 95 meter span with 6% of gradient and 120meter radius curve. The metro is for Arriyadh Development Authority (ADA) and the client is ArRiyadh New Mobility (ANM). ANM is led by Italian construction group Salini Impregilo and includes partners Larsen & Toubro (India), Nesma (Saudi Arabia), Ansaldo STS (Italy), Bombardier (Canada), Idom (Spain) and WorleyParsons (Australia).

We have contract with Salini Impregilo and our scope includes Lifting Frame assembly, erection of lifting frames and its load test, erection precast segments in Balanced Cantilever method using Lifting Frames, stitch (In-situ concrete), segment gluing, temporary post tensioning, lifting frame launching for the next segments, erection of back span segments on trestles using mobile cranes and permanent bearing Installation, alignment and grouting. And also erection of ISO span on heavy duty scaffolding using mobile crane includes segment gluing, temporary post tensioning, installation and grouting of permanent bearings.
